The Lion, The Witch And The Wardrobe San Jose Theatre reviews
Rodeo was great, Eli Young Band was horrible
"I attend the San Antonio Rodeo at least once each year and look forward to it. My expectations for the performance are never that high because, based on past experiences, I know that the rodeo performance is a bit different than a regular concert. The Lion, The Witch And The Wardrobe was far from what I expected. I have seen performers that exceeded my expectations by far, but this was not the case. I have never been so disappointed by a rodeo performance in my 15 years of attending them. His voice sounded terrible and he kept forgetting the words to his own songs! Not to mention half of the performance was him talking, not singing. I don't know if he was drunk or what the deal was. After 45 minutes of being on stage, at least half of the attendees had left (the performances are usually 60-90 min). Eli Young really dropped the ball. Again, the actual rodeo was great."
